Jason's class is the best thing to happen to my body, mind and spirit and I am forever grateful our paths crossed. I never enjoyed group classes prior to meeting him because I always felt lost and left behind. I would often injure myself because I was doing something incorrectly without knowing proper form. After Jason's first class I was a student for life! He is so mindful of everyone’s individual abilities while also staying so present with the entire group. He helps make sure everyone stays on track with adjustments and alignment while still getting in a tough workout. After 3 sessions my body was stronger, more toned, longer and leaner, and I felt more positive as my energy increased. My posture also improved and I became more conscious of my breathing! This is HUGE for me as I am an asthmatic and would always be chasing a breath during previous workouts. However, after becoming stronger in his classes I no longer need to take my asthma inhaler daily like I use to, which for me is LIFE CHANGING.
Simply put, Jason is the missing puzzle piece in my fitness routine. What I didn’t think was possible, he helped to make possible. My booty lifted, thighs got tighter, and I saw definition in my arms that I’ve never had before. He is a master body sculptor.

Jason is by far the BEST instructor I've ever had! The reason I signed up for a membership and consistently go to the gym is because of his classes. He not only gives you a physical workout but a mental/physical/educational experience. He instructs you but actually teaches you the importance of each move and how to get the best out of every work out. His energy is pure positivity, authenticity, and fun! Side note: his music playlists are customized to get the most out of the workout series and also to get you energized! His classes are always filled because he cares about and pushes his students to their greatest potential while also making it the most amazing workout. I've been going to his classes for over 2 years and I have to say they're the highlight of my day/week. Love him!

"Whenever I leave Jason's class, I think, "What would I look like if I came to ALL of Jason's classes?" The answer is a long, sculpted ballerina.
When you enter Jason's class at YG, he always has the room set up for class with a mat, towel, and weights for everyone. His music makes me feel like I'm driving along the coastline in California with the roof down. We start with a cardio warmup (which almost always have my arms burning in no time). Sometimes he incorporates props like chairs as well. I have no words for the barre-esque legs routine he has us doing. I want to scream but then again, I can already feel the difference in my muscle composition so I say thank you instead.
Jason's class is a MUST TRY and he's a total sweetheart who makes proper adjustments as needed. Highly recommend!

Whether you've been to 30 classes or 1, Jason makes you feel super confident going into his workout. He outlines expectations, provides modifications and options for all levels and is always available to answer questions, be it during or after class. I am one of those people who is obsessed with form and making sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. Jason always checks in on me to make sure I am. I have without a doubt seen progress both in the mirror and in my strength. I was joking around at a friend's house the other day and actually did a full pull up – something I've never done! Moreover, I feel more confident in myself and not 1, but 3 people have told me in the past 2 weeks that I look YOUNGER! Now, if only YW offered a cardio class by Jason, I'd be even happier!
